When will my order be sent?

Your order will be dispatched based on the processing time products. If you ordered a handmade product, we will send you a dispatch email as soon as your order has left our store along with the tracking number. If you order is not handmade it will be dispatched in 1-2 working days depending on availability.

Dispatch may take a little longer during busy periods. Lead times can increase to 4-5 working days for dispatch is a product is out of stock. 

We will notify you by email if there is any issue with your order.

When should I expect my order?

Once your order is dispatched allow 1-2 working days to arrive with the An post

A tracking number will be provided to you after your order is processed and you will be able to track it here

Important – Cake toppers are excluded from tracking numbers, unless you buy a cake topper and other party supplies. 

What happens if my order has not arrived in the estimate timeframe? 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number and we will try our best to help you!

Please double check that the address submitted in your order is correct. We cannot be held responsible for lost mail due to inaccurate addresses.

What happens if my package get lost or damage?

Once the package is in the hands of courier, we are no longer liable if the items get lost or damage. However, we can help you to find a solution but we do not make refunds for lost or damage packages.

We encourage all customers to track their orders and report the issue immediately.
