Processing Time
Each of our products are carefully crafted by hand, processing times may vary depending on the item and the complexity of the design. Typically, our handmade products require **1-3 business days** to complete before they are ready for shipping.
Please note that during peak seasons or for custom orders, processing times may be slightly longer. We always try to create your items with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring that the final product meets our high standards of quality.
If you have a specific deadline or need your order sooner, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

This is a great option we can offer you. You can place your order and collect from our location; we are based in Dublin 24. Click here for more information.
Please note, as we offer click and collection you will also need to check our processing time for handmade products. If you have order one of our custom products, we will send you an email to notify you when this is ready for collection.
When will my order be sent?
Your order will be dispatched based on the processing time products. If you ordered a handmade product, we will send you a dispatch email as soon as your order has left our store along with the tracking number (if apply). If you order is not handmade it will be dispatched same day if it was ordered before 2pm.
Dispatch may take a little longer during busy periods. Lead times can increase to 4-5 working days for dispatch if a product is out of stock.
We will notify you by email if there is any issue with your order.
Can I order and particular piñata?
Yes, you can.
If you cannot find the piñata you are looking for, go to the pinata session. Select custom pinatas then General. Click in the first item that says: "Let's create" there tell us on the description box how would you like your pinata (colour, shape, design) and attach some pictures for reference.
Can I order and particular Cake topper?
Yes, you can.

Does piñata have an opening fill?
Yes, the pinata has an easy access opening at the back to insert candy, confetti or other goodies (not included)
What piñata is made of?
All of our handcrafted piñatas are made from recycled cardboard and crepe paper.
Does piñata have string to hang from?
Yes, the pinata has an attached weight resistant string for hanging.
Are the pinatas resistant?
Yes, our piñatas are well-made enough for multiple guests to participate. This option is great for teens, adults, indoors and outdoors.
Is the piñata sold empty?
Yes, piñatas are sold empty unless you purchase confetti and party fillers from us.
What is the different between a traditional piñata and pull string?
The traditional pinata is used to hit it with a wooden stick until it breaks.
Pull string pinatas are ideal for the little ones or for those places where the traditional one is not allowed. We put 15 coloured ribbons on the bottom of this pinata then, in turns, are pulled one by one until one of the children finds the ribbon that opens the door for the goodies to come out.
Can the mini pinatas be filled with candies?
Unless otherwise noted in our item description, all of our mini piñatas have a trap door where treats can be placed inside. The trap door allows for easy retrieval so the mini piñata doesn’t have to be ripped open.
What is the cake topper made out of?
Depending on the design, cake toppers can be made with photo premium paper 260gsm, 220gsm cardstock and/or 250gsm glitter cardstock
Can you design a cake topper for me?
Yes, please contact us by email and send us the details and how would you like your cake topper.
Does cake topper come with a stick?
Yes, acrylic or wooden stick. Depending on design.
What is a 3D topper?
This type of topper is made with 3-4 layers to give special effect.
